Description: White relief, painted paper mache on a plain canvas base, captured in a black wooden frame. The repetitive composition is made of 64, hand made, paper mache tubes. Fixed on canvas using paper mache pulp, finished by white, matt paint.

While the tubes seem alike from a distance, at close observation it’s clear they’re all different. A reminder that while it’s sometimes tempting to generalize about people (or groups of people), once you get to know them, they’re very different individuals.
